Mailing Lists
As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
Basket Ask It allows for the "soft opt-in" which means that we will email you with special offers and news on new products periodically as a result of you having made a purchase or utilising services from Basket Ask It. You can, however, opt out of receiving these emails at any time simply by clicking on the unsubscribe link included at the end of all our mailings. This is in line with the ICO GDPR guidelines . We use Wix Shoutout to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing us at admin@basketaskit.co.uk (requests for removal via email will be processed during business hours).
Purchase Data
When you purchase merchandise or services from Basket Ask It, your name, address data, email and contact number will be stored in our Back Office system supplied by Wix and on our CRM managed by Hubspot. Please be assured that we do not share your personal details with any other company without your consent.
